Dennis Coraccio brings over 25 years of experience working almost exclusively for small and start-up technology companies.
A large percentage of the companies Dennis has worked for or founded have gone public or became acquired. For example, Kurzweil Computer Products, the pioneer in optical character recognition, was aquired by Xerox. Applix, Inc, developers of a unix-based office automation suite, went public. QuickTree, which developed XML-based security, was acquired by Citrix Corporation.
Additionally, Dennis was one of the founders of ONE, USA. A Milan, Italy based technology company that developed and marketed network monitoring software. Dennis was instrumental in negotiating a multi-million dollar technology licensing arrangement with IBM. Previously, Dennis was one of the original founders of Dharma Systems, Inc., an company based in Banglore, India which developed an SQL layer for proprietary database systems. Dennis personally initiated, negotiated and closed deals worth $30 million dollars of ongoing OEM licensing revenue with companies such as BMC Software, Lucent Technologies, Hewlett Packard, UNISYS and AT&T.
Dennis is also an accomplished pianist and performs regularly in the New England area.
